Letters of Mrs. Adams

Letters of Mrs. Adams, the Wife of John Adams.
The Letters of Mrs. Abigail Adams are very important to the History of the United States, not only because she was the wife of a signer of the Declaration of Independence, and wife of the second President of the United State -- but because she was as intelligent as her husband, and was alive to the great drama that was taking place around her. These private letters discuss details of American History that cannot be found in History books, and were little known at the time outside the area where they occurred - local slave rebellions, mobs of women demanding their rights, etc. These letters will provide delightful entertainment and enlightenment at the same time.
